ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Creative Strategy Intern to support both internal initiatives and client work across social media, content, and brand strategy. This is not a traditional internship. You’ll be actively involved in shaping ideas, contributing to creative direction, and helping bring strategies to life across multiple brands. You’ll gain hands-on experience inside a fast-growing creative studio, working directly with founders and contributing to real client deliverables.

PERSONALITY

The ideal Creative Strategy Intern is curious, proactive, and creatively driven. They are someone who doesn’t just wait for direction, but actively looks for ways to contribute, improve ideas, and add value. They have a strong sense of taste and an interest in what makes brands, content, and culture resonate. They are organized and detail-oriented, but also comfortable thinking big, able to zoom out and understand the “why” behind the work, not just the task in front of them. They’re a strong communicator, open to feedback, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Above all, they’re someone who is excited by creativity in all forms - branding, socialmedia, storytelling - and wants to be part of building something meaningful.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Social Media & Content
• Support development and management of social media calendars (internal + client)
• Assist in content planning, scheduling, and publishing
• Help review content with clients and incorporate feedback
• Contribute to content ideation, including post concepts, campaigns, and series

Creative Strategy & Ideation
• Participate in brainstorms and contribute ideas for campaigns and brand moments
• Assist in translating brand strategy into social and content direction
• Support development of presentations, decks, and client materials

Writing & Thought Leadership
• Assist in writing blog posts, LinkedIn content, and brand copy
• Help shape Parachute Studio’s voice across owned channels

Research & Insights
• Conduct market, competitor, and trend research
• Monitor social trends and identify opportunities for clients
• Track content performance and pull insights to inform future work

Client & Agency Support
• Assist with ongoing client marketing initiatives and deliverables
• Support internal organization across projects and workflows
• Help maintain creative assets, documents, and systems

YOU'LL STAND OUT IF YOU HAVE

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to express ideas clearly and thoughtfully
• A genuine interest in branding, marketing, and creative strategy
• Deep familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) and an understanding of what makes content perform
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks at once
• Proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative and work independently when needed
• Strong sense of curiosity and willingness to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to think both creatively and strategically—not just execute tasks, but understand the reasoning behind them
• Comfortable receiving feedback and iterating quickly
• Basic proficiency in tools like Google Docs/Slides, Canva, or similar
